Will a Pro Box Damage My Property?
Our friendly, professional drivers and staff do their best to place our containers with the utmost care to avoid damaging your property. However, if you want your container placed in an unpaved area, damage is possible. In addition, please request plywood if you will be placing your unit on new asphalt or residential driveways.
Are There Any Hidden Charges?
Pro Box prides itself on transparency and not having any hidden charges. On a rental contract, you will be charged the rental rate (28 days billing cycle), delivery charge, pick-up charge, tax, and any optional items you choose (damage waiver, locks, ramps, etc.). When you return your container, we prorate your rent for the time used, provided the unit is returned within the first week of the billing cycle. We don’t charge personal property tax, fuel surcharges, or administrative fees, and we do not add extra days at the end of your lease.
If I Cancel My Order, Can I Get a Refund?
Yes, but please call at least 24 hours before the delivery or pick-up.
