The people we’re very friendly, and the returned my call, unlike the others that I have been waiting for a month now, and still no response. I’m extremely satisfied after my experience purchasing a 20′ one-trip container from Pro Box. After dodging an online scam, and being jerked around by another company out of state, I contacted Pro Box. Tim Richardson returned my inquiry within minutes, offered a competitive price, and before the day was done, I visited the Phoenix location and took my pick from a selection of three available units. Tim assessed my delivery location, arranged the best driver for the job, and answered all my questions. My container was delivered to my remote location about 6 days after initial contact. I couldn’t be happier with Pro Box and plan to contact Tim for any future needs

Pro Box OKC delivered on all 3 the sales staff was great supper helpful (thanks Cami) the installation of the man door was top notch; delivery driver was very professional and thorough set the unit just where we needed it.

ProBox was a wonderful solution to our temporary storage problem! We were doing home renovations and needed space to store our furniture. We called ProBox and, even on short notice, they brought a storage unit to us within a couple of days. We were worried about damage to our driveway but the delivery person was very reassuring. He sat the box in place without any problems and then showed us how to use the locking mechanism. We used the storage for 3 months. It was safe and clean and dry. When we no longer needed it I gave them a call and they came out the next day in the pouring rain and loaded it up! Once again, the delivery person was friendly and did a great job. Their prices are very reasonable. We would not hesitate to use ProBox again.
